Model 600

Cable Markers

The Model 600 provides a simple, cost-effective, and highly reliable method for identifying the location and approximate depth of underground utilities during construction.
Constructed from flexible extruded plastic, each marker measures 7 feet 2 inches in length and features a secure tab-and-slot design. This allows the marker to be looped firmly around the pipe or cable prior to backfilling. Once positioned, the marker remains upright as the trench is filled, continuing to extend above ground throughout the construction process.
Each one-inch-wide marker is boldly color-coded and clearly printed with a utility identification legend and numerical depth indicators, providing immediate, on-site awareness of what’s buried and how deep.

Color coding complies with the American Public Works Association (APWA) standards, ensuring industry-recognized utility identification.
