Ship
Package securely and include your assigned RMA number.
Inspection & Repair
Instrument is evaluated and repaired by our service team. Standard turnaround is 8-10 weeks.
Payment & Return
Repair charges are invoiced upon completion and the instrument is returned once payment is processed.
Repair Policy
- Evaluation Fee — $125 non-refundable, applies to all repair requests.
- Standard Lead Time — 8-10 Weeks from receipt of instrument.
- Payment — All repair charges must be paid by credit card.
Shipping
- Ship the instruments only. Do not include antennas or accessories.
- Package securely and insure the unit for its full replacement value during transit.
- Include the assigned RMA number with your shipment.

- Email the completed form to repairs@radarengineers.com to receive your assigned RMA number and next steps.
